AFLDP Company offers telephone, Zoom and in person appointments from our Cape Coral, Florida location. Our affiliates provide the printed documents and the opportunity to execute them accurately and take to your Clerk of Courts for filing. We work with several Notary’s, some of whom provide mobile notary services, or you are welcome to select your own notary.

Family Law Documents
Family law documents include a wide range of services including dissolution/ divorce, child custody, support, adoption, domestic violence protection, and property division, including forms like petitions, financial disclosures, parenting plans, and restraining and enforcement orders.
Property Documents
Our essential property documents includes all deeds (including the Ladybird Deed) FSBO packages for owner sales, mortgage packages for owner financing including FNMA/FREDDIE MAC documents (if applicable), disclosure statements, and a HUD 1 settlement statement. Leases, rental agreements, eviction proceedings and responses, responses to foreclosure actions and documents that protect the interests of both parties, and ensure compliance with local laws.

Civil litigation services for documents are offered across different court levels: County courts handle cases with damages up to $50,000, including small claims and evictions; Circuit courts manage cases exceeding $50,000, such as contract disputes; and the District Court of Appeal which reviews decisions from lower courts. We offer individual documents or package pricing for each of these.

We offer affordable flat-fee pricing for our services, giving you clear expectations from the start. With our experience in document preparation, we create documents that are organized, accurate, and tailored to your specific needs. Just make your selection and check out. We will email you an information package to gather all the information required to complete your documents and introduce you to the staff member assigned to your file. Once completed you will receive all documents for a final review and any corrections or changes.
AFLDP can print your documents and send them directly to the notary, or you may select “Print My Own” at checkout if you prefer to print them yourself. We can also print and mail if you select that option at checkout.
